Sonic River

Blending groove-driven jazz with poetic storytelling, Sonic River draws inspiration from literary icons such as Paul Auster, Alejandra Pizarnik, and Rainer Maria Rilke. This work reflects Tobias’s creative journey between his Bavarian roots and his home base in Brooklyn, NY. Produced by Grammy-winner Matt Pierson, Sonic River features an all-star ensemble, including Sara Serpa, Obed Calvaire, Charles Altura, Matt Penman, and Eden Ladin.
